I just received my Whitefox last week and been using it regularly since then. One frustration I'm having is the every so often certain keys are not registering when I hit them. The common offenders are 'n' (the most common), 'o', 'u', and 'a'. After it's missed I'll go back and specifically hit the key and it will take a few tries before the letter registers. Any idea on what could be going on here? Thanks!

Edit: I should mention I have the Hako True switches

Have you updated the firmware since you received the keyboard?

I haven't, I was just looking into that (this is my fist mech). Would that be "flashing" that I see on GitHub under the WhiteFox documentation?

Edit: just flashed the updated firmware, will try it out and see if this fixes it. Thanks for the reply!

I have an Infinity Ergodox, which also uses KLL. I have seen this behavior sometimes after first booting the computer or waking the computer from sleep. The problem goes away if I unplug and re-plug the keyboard to the computer.

Side note: I also have a new Whitefox, but I have not seen this behavior with the Whitefox yet.

You may want to try flashing the firmware on the Infinity Ergodox (both sides) as I've done quite a bit of work on the USB side over the past couple weeks.

Thanks for the tip, and for your work.

My local copy of the configurator code was waaaayy far back on the git repo. I have not re-flashed my Infinity Ergodox in almost a year. However, I just did a fresh git fetch today so I can customize my new Whitefox. I look forward to also updating my Ergodox.
