I got my whitefox keyboard in the mail today. I'm enjoying it for the most part, except that it seems the right arrow key is spamming right when not pressed. If I slightly graze the key or press it, it seems that the key will just spam right unless I tap it a bunch until it stops. They are hako true switches. I took the keycap off and sprayed with compessed air into the switch, but no better results. Any ideas on what I should do to try to resolve the problem?

edit: after using it some more, a bunch of the keys are registering if I just massage the keycap. I just rest my finger and wobble the key and the following keys will register a keypress: right arrow, quote (' and "), and the number 3.

Hello Geo,

Yeah, seems like it's a hardware problem so best course of action would be to email and start a return. We can inspect and correct the affected switches.

Sorry about the hair trigger problem, but we should be able to get them fixed for you,
